Fees for interstate registration functions

241. Fees for interstate registration functions

The fee payable in respect of the performance of a function of the Corporation
in respect of Victoria under the Interstate Road Transport Act 1985 of the
Commonwealth is the lesser of-

   (a)  the fee payable in respect of the performance of a corresponding
        function under these Regulations; and

   (b)  the maximum fee specified in the regulations made under the
        Interstate Road Transport Act 1985 of the Commonwealth.
