Application of certain fees

240. Application of certain fees

The following fees received by the Corporation must be paid by it into its
general fund-

   (a)  fees payable under items 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8 and 16 of Schedule 6;

   (b)  fees payable under regulations 238 and 241.
