233. Application for transfer of registration by legal personal representative



(1) If a registered operator dies, his or her legal personal representative
must, within 14 days after becoming legal personal representative, notify the
Corporation and apply for transfer of registration of the vehicle to the legal
personal representative.

(2) Notification of death must be in a form approved by the Corporation.

(3) An application for transfer of registration under this section must be-

   (a)  in a form approved by the Corporation; and

   (b)  accompanied by the appropriate transfer fee in regulation 237.
