Form of application

210. Form of application



(1) An application for registration of a vehicle must be in a form approved by
the Corporation.

(2) The application form may require the applicant to provide information
about-

   (a)  the identity and address of the natural person or corporation seeking
        registration as the registered operator of the vehicle; and

   (b)  the proposed garage address of the vehicle; and

   (c)  any transport accident charges and duty paid or payable in relation to
        the vehicle.
