Regulation 703 PRESCRIBED PUBLIC AUTHORITIES, PERSONS AND FUNDS FOR
APPROPRIATION OF FINES Column 1 Column 2 Corporation The general fund of that

Council within the meaning of the Local Government Act 1989 The municipal fund
of that council Melbourne Water Corporation constituted under the Melbourne
