Regulation 317 REPORT ON EXECUTION OF SEARCH AND SEIZURE WARRANT To the
registrar of the Magistrates' Court I, (insert name and address) being the
person to whom this search and seizure warrant was issued, report the
following outcome in relation to the warrant-
