Regulation 106(3) CERTIFICATE UNDER SECTION 78A I am a licensed surveyor
within the meaning of the Surveying Act 2004 and I am approved by-

*the Roads Corporation for the purposes of section 78A of the
Road Safety Act 1986. I certify that the shortest distance, expressed in
