Certificate of testing dynamic axle weighing devices

412. Certificate of testing dynamic axle weighing devices



(1) For the purposes of section 83 of the Act, a certificate in relation to
the testing of a dynamic axle weighing device is in the prescribed form if it
is in the form set out in Schedule 2.

(2) A testing authority, or a person authorised by a testing authority, is
authorised to sign a certificate referred to in subregulation (1).
