Offences detected by automatic detection devices or prescribed processes
301. Offences detected by automatic detection devices or prescribed processes
(1) For the purposes of section 66 of the Act the prescribed offences which
may be detected by an automatic detection device are-
(a) exceeding the applicable speed limit; and
(b) disobeying a traffic control signal; and
(c) driving in a bus lane or transit lane when not permitted to do so; and
(d) owning or using a motor vehicle or trailer that is not registered in
accordance with the Act.
(2) For the purposes of section 66 of the Act the prescribed offence which may
be detected by the process prescribed in regulation 313A is exceeding the
applicable speed limit.
