Inspection of records

57. Inspection of records



(1) The holder of a licence or registration required to keep a record under
section 134 of the Act must make the record available for inspection by any
member of the police force or an authorised person at any time during normal
business hours.

Penalty: 10 penalty units.

(2) Records made available for inspection under subregulation (1) may only be
inspected for the purposes of monitoring whether the holder is complying with
the Act or these Regulations.
