Application and permit fees for permits

51. Application and permit fees for permits



(1) For the purposes of section 122(1) of the Act, the fee for an application
for a permit issued under Division 5 of Part 4 of the Act is 4·4 fee units.

(2) For the purposes of section 122(2) of the Act, the fee for a permit issued
under Division 5 of Part 4 of the Act is 4·15 fee units.
