Particulars for registration or renewal application

37. Particulars for registration or renewal application

For the purposes of sections 73(b) and 92(2)(b) of the Act, an application for
the grant or renewal of a private security individual operator registration
must contain the following particulars-

   (a)  the security activity or activities to be authorised under the
        registration;

   (b)  the given names, surname, postal and residential address of the
        applicant;

   (c)  the date of birth of the applicant;

   (d)  the name and address of any employer of the applicant;

   (e)  details, in relation to the applicant, of any of the following-

   (i)  a conviction for an indictable offence in the preceding 10 years;

   (ii) a finding of guilt for any indictable offence for which a conviction
        was not recorded in the preceding 5 years;

   (iii) the laying of an indictable charge for committing an offence.
