Documents to accompany renewal application

36. Documents to accompany renewal application

An application under section 92(1) of the Act for the renewal of a private
security business registration by a body corporate must be accompanied by the
following documents-

   (a)  a certificate of currency for public liability insurance in relation
        to the business carried on by the body corporate;

   (b)  a certified copy of a document that verifies the appointment of the
        officers of the body corporate from the Australian Securities and
        Investments Commission if the body corporate is registered under the
        Corporations Act.
