Documents to accompany registration application

32. Documents to accompany registration application

For the purposes of section 73(c) of the Act, an application for a private
security business registration by a natural person must be accompanied by the
following documents-

   (a)  a passport-size colour photograph of the applicant;

   (b)  if the applicant carries on the business under a business name, a
        certified copy of the certificate of registration issued in that name
        under the Business Names Act 1962 or the corresponding law of another
        State or Territory;

   (c)  a certificate of currency for public liability insurance in relation
        to the business carried on by the applicant.
