Application and permit fees for permits

30. Application and permit fees for permits



(1) For the purposes of section 69(1) of the Act, the fee for an application
for a permit issued under Division 6 of Part 3 of the Act is-

   (a)  in the case of an application under section 64 or 65 of the Act, 4·4
        fee units; and

   (b)  in the case of an application under section 66 of the Act, 8×8 fee
        units.

(2) For the purposes of section 69(2) of the Act, the fee for a permit issued
under Division 6 of Part 3 of the Act is-

   (a)  in the case of a permit under section 64 or 65 of the Act, 4·15 fee
        units; and

   (b)  in the case of a permit under section 66 of the Act, 8×3 fee units.
