Applications to vary or revoke a licence condition

18. Applications to vary or revoke a licence condition



(1) An application under section 43(2) of the Act to vary or revoke a
condition on a private security licence must contain the following
particulars-

   (a)  the applicant's reasons for seeking the variation or revocation of the
        licence condition;

   (b)  current details of the particulars that have been changed since the
        licence was granted or last renewed.

(2) An application to vary or revoke a licence condition under section 43(2)
of the Act must be accompanied by certified copies of any documents that
verify the accuracy of the reasons set out in the application.
