Licence document

16. Licence document

A licence document issued under section 40 of the Act must contain the
following particulars-

   (a)  the type of private security licence granted;

   (b)  the security activity or activities authorised under the licence;

   (c)  the name of the licence holder, and, if the licence is held by a body
        corporate, the name of the nominated person;

   (d)  the expiry date of the licence;

   (e)  a photograph of the licence holder, or if the licence is held by a
        body corporate, a photograph of the nominated person;

   (f)  any name under which the business will operate;

   (g)  any conditions imposed on the licence.
