Employer to retain entry permits

3.4.15. Employer to retain entry permits



An employer must retain each confined space entry permit issued by the
employer for 30 days from the date on which the permit ceases to be in
operation.

Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
300 penalty units for a body corporate.
