3.2.6. Hearing protector signs and labels

If an employer is required under regulation 3.2.4(1)(d) to provide hearing
protectors to an employee, the employer must clearly identify by signs,
labelling of plant or other appropriate means, when and where the hearing
protectors are to be worn. Penalty: 100 penalty units for a natural person;
500 penalty units for a body corporate.
