3.2.3. Suppliers



(1) A supplier of plant must provide with the plant any record received from
the person from whom the plant was acquired that states the sound power level
of the plant.

Note Act compliance-section 30 (see regulation 1.1.7).

(2) A supplier of plant must take any action that is reasonably necessary in
the circumstances to obtain the record that states the sound power level of
the plant from the person from whom the plant was acquired.
