Report of audiological examination

3.2.13. Report of audiological examination



An employer must ensure that a person who conducts an audiological examination
under regulation 3.2.12 provides the employer with a report that-

   (a)  contains the results of the examination; and

   (b)  states whether or not the employee has suffered hearing loss that is
        likely to be due to exposure to noise.

Penalty: 60 penalty units for a natural person;
300 penalty units for a body corporate.
