2.2.1. Application of Part

For the purposes of section 73(1) of the Act, this Part sets out the procedure
to facilitate the effective resolution of health and safety issues arising at
a workplace or from the conduct of an employer's undertaking if there is no
relevant agreed procedure for resolution of those issues.
