1.2.2. Publication date of amendments to certain incorporated documents



(1) This regulation applies to any document that is applied, adopted or
incorporated by, or referred to in, these Regulations, and either that is
published, or that has notice of its making published, in the Commonwealth of
Australia Gazette.

(2) For the purposes of these Regulations, an amendment to the document is
published eitherž

   (a)  on the date it is published in the Commonwealth of Australia Gazette;
        or

   (b)  on the date on which the notice of its making is published in the
        Commonwealth of Australia Gazettež

whichever occurs first.
