1.2.1. Documents incorporated as in force from time to time



(1) A reference to any document applied, adopted or incorporated by, or
referred to in, these Regulations is to be read as a reference to that
document as in force from time to time.

(2) If any document applied, adopted or incorporated by, or referred to in,
these Regulations is amended, the amendment is only in force for the purposes
of subregulation (1) if it has taken effect for the purposes of these
Regulations.
