Health and safety representatives

1.1.9. Health and safety representatives

A reference in these Regulations to a health and safety representative
includes a reference to a deputy health and safety representative if the
health or safety representative has ceased to hold office or the health and
safety representative is unable (because of absence or any other reason) to
exercise the powers of a health and safety representative.
