Revocation of existing Regulations

1.1.4. Revocation of existing Regulations



(1) The Regulations set out in Schedule 1 are revoked.

(2) The Regulations continued by sections 173(2) and 174(2) of the
Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 are revoked.
