Authorising provisions

1.1.2. Authorising provisions



(1) This Chapter, Division 1 of Part 4.3, Division 1 of Part 5.2 and Chapter 7
are made under section 158 of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004 and
section 52 of the Dangerous Goods Act 1985.

(2) The remaining provisions of these Regulations (except Division 4 of
Part 4.3 and Division 10 of Part 5.2 and Chapter 9) are made under section 158
of the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2004.

(3) Division 4 of Part 4.3, Division 10 of Part 5.2 and Chapter 9 are made
under section 52 of the Dangerous Goods Act 1985.
