NATIONAL PARKS REGULATIONS 2013 - REG 78

Reg. 78(1) amended by S.R. No. 125/2018 reg. 36.

    (1)     Parks Victoria by determination may set aside an area of a park as an area where a person must not possess liquor.

    (2)     A person must not possess liquor in an area of a park that has been set aside under subregulation (1).

Penalty:     20 penalty units.
