NATIONAL PARKS REGULATIONS 2013 - REG 70

    (1)     Parks Victoria by determination may set aside an area of a park as an area for—

        (a)     skiing; or

        (b)     tobogganing.

    (2)     A person must not enter or remain in an area of a park set aside by Parks Victoria for skiing unless the person does so for the purpose of skiing.

Penalty:     5 penalty units.

    (3)     A person must not enter or remain in an area of a park set aside by Parks Victoria for tobogganing unless the person does so for the purpose of tobogganing.

Penalty:     5 penalty units.
