NATIONAL PARKS REGULATIONS 2013 - REG 114
Lake Albacutya Park—hunting duck, rabbits, foxes or cats(1) A person does not commit an offence against regulation 23(1), 32(1) or 64 by hunting duck in the Lake Albacutya hunting area if the person is acting in accordance with appropriate authorisation.
(2) A person does not commit an offence against
regulation 23(1), 32(1) or 64 by hunting, taking or destroying rabbits, foxes
or cats in the Lake Albacutya hunting area if the person is acting in
accordance with appropriate authorisation.
