Rule 4.10(1)(a) STATEMENT OF OVERSEAS PRACTITIONER APPLYING FOR ADMISSION In
the Supreme Court of Victoria

To the Board of Examiners

birth].
5. On [date] I was admitted to practise in [jurisdiction].
