Definitions

6.01. Definitions



In this Part-

former Board means the Board of Examiners established under Part II of the
Rules of the Council of Legal Education 1993;

former Council means the Council of Legal Education established under Part II
of the Legal Profession Practice Act 1958;

former rules means the Rules of the Council of Legal Education 1993 and
includes any revoked rules made by the former Council under the Legal
Profession Practice Act 1958.
