Consideration of applications

4.11. Consideration of applications



(1) The Board of Examiners must-

   (a)  consider each application under this Part; and

   (b)  give the applicant a certificate and recommendation in the form set
        out in Schedule 14 if it appears to the Board that the applicant is
        eligible for admission and is a fit and proper person to be admitted.

(2) The Board of Examiners, before providing a certificate under subrule (1),
may require an applicant-

   (a)  to provide any further evidence that the Board thinks fit in relation
        to any matter relevant to the Board's consideration; or

   (b)  to appear in person before the Board.
