Notice of intention to apply for admission

4.02. Notice of intention to apply for admission

Not less than one month (or any lesser time determined by the Board of
Examiners) before the appointed day of Supreme Court sittings in which a local
applicant intends to apply for admission, the local applicant must-

   (a)  serve on the Secretary of the Board of Examiners a notice of intention
        to apply to be admitted in the form set out in Schedule 6; and

   (b)  post a copy of the notice in the Supreme Court as designated by the
        Board.
