Termination of articles

3.19. Termination of articles



On the application of the Principal or articled clerk, the Board of Examiners
may terminate existing articles if the Board is satisfied that-

   (a)  the articled clerk has ceased substantially to derive any benefit
        under the articles; or

   (b)  the articled clerk is not receiving proper training; or

   (c)  for any other reason it is appropriate to terminate the articles.
