Where articles are to be served

3.08. Where articles are to be served



(1) Articles for the purpose of these Rules may be served in Victoria or, with
the approval of the Board of Examiners, in any other State or Territory of
Australia or New Zealand or other overseas jurisdiction.



(2) The Board of Examiners may give its approval under subrule (1) subject to
any conditions it thinks fit and any approval may be given on the basis that
it extends to any period served prior to the time of application to the Board
for its approval.
