Leave of absence during training

3.06. Leave of absence during training



Unless the Council determines otherwise (either generally, in the case of a
particular accredited PLT provider, or in respect of a particular person), a
person undertaking a course of practical legal training for the purposes of
these Rules must not be absent (other than because of illness) from the course
without prior leave of the accredited PLT provider.
