Eligibility to undertake practical legal training

3.04. Eligibility to undertake practical legal training



A person is eligible to undertake a course of practical legal training
conducted by an accredited PLT provider for the purposes of these Rules if the
person has obtained-

   (a)  a Law Degree; or

   (b)  other tertiary qualifications in law which the accredited PLT provider
        considers to be sufficient to enable the person to undertake the
        course.
