Fees for civil juries

4. Fees for civil juries

For the purposes of section 24(1) and (2) of the Juries Act 2000, the
prescribed fees are as follows-

   (a)  on setting a proceeding down for trial by a jury in the Supreme Court
        or the County Court-46×9 fee units; and



   (b)  for each day after the first day of a trial not exceeding 6 days-5×7
        fee units for each member of the jury; and





   (c)  for each day of a trial in excess of 6 days-11×3 fee units for each
        member of the jury.
