23. Transitional concerning 1988 regulations

Despite their revocation, regulations 9 and 10 and Schedules 4 and 5 of the
Infertility (Medical Procedures) Regulations 19881 continue to apply to the
particulars to be entered in the Registers referred to in sections 19 and 21
of the Infertility (Medical Procedures) Act 1984 to the extent that those
sections continue to apply under section 181(2) of the Act. __________________
