Notification of approvals and licences

21. Notification of approvals and licences

A notice under section 117(1) of the Act must-

   (a)  be issued to the licensee or approved doctor within one month after
        the decision of the Authority referred to in that subsection; and

   (b)  be published in the Government Gazette within 3 months after the
        decision of the Authority referred to in that subsection.
