Particulars for information to be given to the Authority

15. Particulars for information to be given to the Authority

For the purposes of sections 64 and 65 of the Act-

   (a)  the 6 month periods are 1 April to 30 September and 1 October to 31
        March;

   (b)  the prescribed manner in which information is required to be given to
        the Authority is-

   (i)  in print or writing in a legible form in the English language; or

   (ii) in a form which enables the information to be readily convertible into
        legible print in the English language.
