Disposal of zygotes or embryos

12. Disposal of zygotes or embryos

For the purposes of section 53(2)(b) of the Act, a zygote or embryo may be
disposed of by allowing the zygote or embryo in its container to stand at room
temperature, in a secure area, for a period of not less than 24 hours.
