10. Manner of lodging consent to research using gametes

For the purposes of section 35(2) of the Act, a consent must be lodged at the
licensed centre or the research institution by-

   (a)  post; or

   (b)  hand delivery; or

   (c)  facsimile; or

   (d)  electronic mail.
