Definitions

4. Definitions

In these Regulations- Infringements Court has the same meaning as it has in
the Magistrates' Court Act 1989; parking infringement has the same meaning as
it has in section 3 of the Road Safety Act 1986; the Act means the
Infringements Act 2006;

Toll Enforcement Office means the body specified in item 2(b) of Schedule 1 to
the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006 as an enforcement agency;

Traffic Camera Office means the body specified in item 2(c) of Schedule 1 to
the Infringements (General) Regulations 2006 as an enforcement agency.
