Application

4. Application



(1) These Regulations (other than Part 3) apply to-

   (a)  all departments; and

   (b)  the bodies specified in the Schedule with respect to the money
        specified in the Schedule.

(2) Part 3 of these Regulations applies to all departments.

(4) The bodies specified in the Schedule are prescribed as authorities for the
purposes of the Act.
