Notification of the election results

31. Notification of the election results



(1) As soon as practicable after declaring the results of the election, the
returning officer must notify the results of the election to the Public
Advocate and each candidate.

(2) The Public Advocate must inform each community visitor in writing of the
results of the election within 14 days after the day on which the results of
the election are declared.
