25. Manner of lodging vote

After marking the ballot paper, the elector must-

   (a)  place the ballot paper in the ballot paper envelope and seal the
        envelope; and

   (b)  sign his or her name on that envelope and include the date of the
        signing of that envelope; and

   (c)  place the ballot paper envelope in the reply paid return envelope and
        seal that envelope; and

   (d)  post or deliver the reply paid return envelope to reach the returning
        officer before 4 p.m. on polling day.
