Order of names on ballot paper

21. Order of names on ballot paper



(1) The returning officer must determine by lot the order in which the names
of the candidates are to appear on the ballot paper.

(2) The order of names of the candidates must be determined in the presence
of-

   (a)  at least one other person; and

   (b)  any candidate who wishes to be present or his or her representative.
