Notice of an election

14. Notice of an election



(1) The returning officer must give notice of an election in accordance with
subregulation (2) not later than 1 April in each year.

(2) Notice of the election must be given by sending a copy of the notice to
the postal address of each community visitor on the list of community visitors
provided to the returning officer by the Public Advocate.
